We are qualified mental health professionals based in Renfrewshire, providing face-to-face Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Coaching services to individuals.

We understand that life can be difficult at times and it’s hard to see a way through.  Our therapists can assist you by providing a comfortable and safe environment to talk about your troubles.

We are professionally qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapists.  Depending on your circumstances, we may work with an integrated approach to support you on your journey to recovery.  Everything we do, will be with you.

We predominantly see clients at our comfortable therapy rooms in Paisley however, our associates can also take appointments in Glasgow City Centre, North Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and some areas in Edinburgh.   We have experience providing Counselling, Support, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy for a range of mental health issues.  These include, but are not limited to, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Phobia, Low Self Esteem, and Perfectionism.

Coaching can support you to learn, grow, and develop.  You may be looking for professional success, personal growth, better health and wellbeing.  We can help provide clarity and encourage greater self awareness, guiding you to achieve your goals.   We use positive psychology coaching aiming to give you a sense of acceptance, contentment and well-being, and optimism about your future.

All of our therapists are qualified, insured, registered with professional bodies, and attend regular supervision and CPD events (Continuing Professional Development).  Male or female therapists are available.

There are times when we don’t need Therapy but want an independent person to hear us.  We offer a one-off 90 minute session to listen to you non-judgementally, letting you untangle all those thoughts in your head. You may wish to come back again but allowing ourselves to ‘get it all out’ can be helpful in itself.
